Than Oun is a corporate and commercial attorney based in New York City, serving Gold Medal Injury as Of Counsel. A native of Bangkok, Thailand, he holds a J.D. from Stetson University and an LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from the George Washington University Law School, and is licensed to practice in Florida and New York state courts, along with several federal districts.
His practice focuses on risk avoidance, corporate structuring, and commercial litigation, including guiding multinational corporations establishing a U.S. presence. From 2010 through 2020 he served as North American Coordinating Counsel for Azimut-Benetti S.p.A., the Italian luxury yacht builder.
Beyond his practice, Than devotes time to Thai communities abroad and chairs a charitable organization providing college scholarships to Thai students studying overseas — work that also connects Gold Medal Injury with the Thai-speaking clients it serves.
